- Architected and built an AI-powered virtual try-on platform end-to-end as sole founding engineer — Flutter app (Riverpod), Go backend (chi, PostgreSQL, Redis), and two Next.js apps (admin portal, consumer PWA); deployed via a self-hosted PM2 setup with 18/18 passing backend integration tests.
- Designed a zone-aware virtual try-on system across 12 garment categories, evaluating open-source models (CatVTON, Qwen) alongside Google Gemini/Vertex AI, and engineering both a single-call multi-garment endpoint and a sequential outfit-layering flow to balance quality against API cost.
- Implemented production-grade admin security — mandatory TOTP 2FA, role-scoped route authorization, and full audit logging; independently audited the portal and resolved 13 issues including a stored XSS vulnerability.
- Built a coin-wallet monetization system with Razorpay integration, including HMAC-verified webhook handling and idempotent order processing.
